Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Overview

MyHealthX ("we", "our", "us") operates the website myhealthx.co.in and the MyHealthX mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"). This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your MyHealthX Emergency Health ID cards after a successful purchase.

By placing an order on our Platform, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

2. Order Processing

Once your payment is confirmed, your order enters the production queue. We produce and personalise your MyHealthX Emergency Health ID card(s) within 1–2 business days from the date of payment confirmation.

You will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp and/or email with your order details. Business days exclude Sundays and national holidays.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across all of India using reputed courier partners such as Delhivery, BlueDart, or similar services.

Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before payment. Shipping charges may vary based on your selected plan and delivery location.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp and/or email. You can use this tracking number on the courier partner's website to track the real-time status of your delivery.

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.

5. Family Plan Deliveries

For Family Care and Family Care+ plans, all 4 cards are shipped together in a single package to the address provided during registration. Individual shipping of family cards is not available.

6. Bulk Orders

For bulk orders, all cards are produced and delivered to the registered address provided at the time of order. The ordering party is responsible for distributing individual cards to the intended recipients.

Delivery timelines for bulk orders may vary based on the order size and will be communicated separately at the time of order confirmation.

7. Incorrect Address

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of purchase. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, you will be responsible for the re-shipping charges. We will contact you to confirm the corrected address before re-dispatching.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

MyHealthX is not responsible for cards that are damaged or lost during transit by the courier partner. In such cases, we recommend contacting the courier partner directly using your tracking number.

MyHealthX does not offer free replacements for cards lost or damaged during transit. If you wish to order a replacement card, standard plan charges will apply.

9. Non-Delivery & Failed Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-shipping charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.

10. Digital Activation

Your MyHealthX Emergency Health ID is digitally activated upon successful payment. This means your health profile and QR code are accessible on the Platform immediately after payment, even before your physical card arrives. The physical card is an additional access method for emergency situations.
